FOR ORAL SUSPENSION FOR USE IN PETS ONLY Equivalent to 0.75 g amoxicillin When reconstituted, concentration is 50 mg/mL amoxicillin as the trihydrate CAUTION: Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian. Directions of mixing: Add 11 mL of water to the dry powder and shake vigorously. After mixing, refrigeration preferable, but not required. Any unused portion of the reconstituted suspension must be discarded after 14 days. Keep Tightly Closed Shake Well Before Using Do Not Store Dry Powder at Temperatures Above 25°C (77°F)
